I absolutely love that Advil came out with this Dual Action option. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To preface this, I am a licensed pharmacist who studied medicine for 6 years in college. This product is unnecessary. It contains acetaminophen (which is rough on your liver in high doses) and ibuprofen (which is rough on your kidneys in high doses). However, both of the doses of these medications are too low to have any type of benefit. You would be much better off buying a generic acetaminophen OR ibuprofen (whichever is better for you) and taking an appropriate dose. These drugs have been around for YEARS and have never been marketed together in one pill because it doesnt make sense. I am very passionate about this as I am a pharmacist who spends the majority of my day filling prescriptions appropriately for patients and recommending over the counter treatments.

I fortunate but unfortunately got a pretty bad headache tonight and took it. It improved my headache within the hour which regular Advil doesnt always do! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I woke up with a headache this morning and decided to give this a try. After about 15 minutes, my headache completely cleared up. I really enjoyed the results of this product because I didnt have any shakey side effects that I often have after taking something like Excedrin. But it also worked much faster than individual ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I have migraines quite often so many times pain relievers have stopped working for me. I was impressed to say these worked very quickly and effectively! This was given as a complimentary sample but I would definitely purchase this with my own money in the future!

I think this is a great idea and it really helps target pain better and faster. I used Advil II twice for period cramps, and the pain went away completely in 20 minutes. My boyfriend also took one dose of Advil II because he wasn’t feeling good (bad headache and body aches) after he had the second dose of the COVID vaccine. He reported feeling completely better after taking it. The pill is a good average size, has no bad taste or aftertaste, and the bottle is securely designed. Overall, I think that this is an ingenious new product and I would definitely recommend this is an all-in-one pain reliever!

Dual action of ibuprofen and Tylenol is very effective yet convenient. Overall appearance of the packaging is always awesome - thank you child safe top. The pill is not that big and easy to take.
