[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To preface this, I am a licensed pharmacist who studied medicine for 6 years in college. This product is unnecessary. It contains acetaminophen (which is rough on your liver in high doses) and ibuprofen (which is rough on your kidneys in high doses). However, both of the doses of these medications are too low to have any type of benefit. You would be much better off buying a generic acetaminophen OR ibuprofen (whichever is better for you) and taking an appropriate dose. These drugs have been around for YEARS and have never been marketed together in one pill because it doesnt make sense. I am very passionate about this as I am a pharmacist who spends the majority of my day filling prescriptions appropriately for patients and recommending over the counter treatments.

It got rid of a bad headache fast and I gave it to my husband for his extreme muscle soreness and he felt a lot better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I try to avoid taking medication whenever I can but there are times when I feel like my body needs some help and I resort to taking some medication. Because of this, when I take medication for pain the medication I have used in the past hasn't been able to fully alleviate the problem. That's always a bummer because if I resort to medication I really want it to have the desired effect. I thought that Advil Dual Action would make sure to get the job done and I wasn't disappointed. I still fight the pain as long as I can but now when I decide I need medication I am happy to have a product that gets the job done for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this on the FIRST day of my cycle, so this absolutely does wonders. Its a mix of acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Motrin). So double action, and great for cramps, headaches, body aches, and Im sure all types of pain. I would just advise people who have bad reactions to either drug, definitely avoid!

I usually avoid Tylenol because it has minimal effect for me. But mixing the two products was great for both pain and fevers!
