I have always struggled with headaches off and on and when I found these, it CHANGED MY LIFE!!! This is the very best product for all types of aches and pains and headaches! I don't even bother buying any other pain relievers since I've had these! The very best on the market!

Where has this been all my life. This works for so many aches that I have. My periods are so much better when I take this. The cramps are gone for hours and I feel great. Also if my back hurts this takes the pain away. I would definitely recommend this

I love this! I am not usually someone who takes pain medication unless I'm really hurting. For me I get a lot of headaches and back aches so when I do have it badly enough I will take these and it really helps! And I only really need to take one at a time.

Since I was young I had issues with my back and I now always have Ibuprofen available if I need it. I've always liked ibuprofen because it's an anti inflammatory as well as a pain reliever. When I heard of this new dual action medication from Advil that combines Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen aka Tylenol I was excited to try it out. Using both these medications in one pill relives pain quicker than just one of them alone. Also they work differently inside the body, ibuprofen targets pain at the source while acetaminophen blocks pain signals to the brain. Trluly genius product!

I have a bad toothache. I have to wait a week till my appt to get it resolved. But I bought this on hopes to help me deal until then. It does help during the day to ease the pain. I recommend if you have a bad toothache . At night it doesn't do as much but during the day it works.

This new product worked great for my shoulder pain! I have Scoliosis and deal with a little shoulder pain everyday. I tried this product instead of taking two different pills I only had to swallow one which is a plus! Highly recommend for everyday pain!

I have a bad neck, which usually leads to headaches. This new product from Advil works great! Helps the neck pains so they don't turn into headaches and doesn't make me drowsy. I like that is has two types of pain relievers … my excedrin migraine pills are like that, and they are amazing

As soon as I heard about Advil Dual Action, I was on the hunt for it. I played contact sports, had a few to many run ins with stairs, stage edges or cars, and lived my life on a happily wild path. Now, I'm a stay at home wife and mom, and I can feel the good memories of my past aching through my bones. Very recently its been my knees and my back, where it locks up almost to the point where I can't stand. Dual Action is the first product to clear out the pain in its entirety. It's not sole focused the way it seems other things are. Headaches, muscle aches, tooth pain, or fevers and old injuries have all felt dramatically better after switching to this Advil. Even the price is on a level field with the medication cost system, but with this I only needed to buy one thing and not 5 different ones. I am a fan, and I can say that this product is in my house, my car, my office, and my husbands work truck and office also. I won't be switching back to the old ways, like ever.

The best pain reliever on the counter. I had back pain due to some lifting and i was in pain for 3 days and nothing was helping. Didn't wanted to go to the doctor because i dont have insurance so i ordered bunch of different pain relievers and back ache patches. This is the only thing that work. Its been a week since i got hurt and i feel so much better now. I only take 2 caplets in 24 hrs and i am able to do my daily tasks at home. I highly recommend.
