[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product right on time because I had my wisdom teeth cut out and had just run out of my Ibuprofen. This worked great at dulling the pain enough so that I could sleep. I like that I didn’t have to take a bunch of different pills and check to make sure they didn’t over lap. I think this will be a good addition to my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of having a 2 in 1 for pain relief. There’s some pain that responds better to ibuprofen vs Tylenol(acetaminophen) and vice versa. So to have 2 at the same time can help manage a situation in which two of those different pains are present but you are not over taking meds or neglecting another type of pain.

I had a splitting headache and I usually use either Tylenol or ibuprofen because I hate taking pills. I like the convenience of them being in one pill! So easy and it kicked the headache right out of there. I would highly recommend these!!

Any symptoms should be reviewed by a doctor. It helps me a lot with mild menstrual cramps and headaches. I like the small packaging because I can take it with me anywhere. They're very practical.

I have really bad shoulder pains 18 hours of the day and if I take 3 of these it goes away for the 10 hours I’m at work I normally take regular Advil or ibuprofen but this last longer so I don’t have to take as much which I’m sure will help my liver in the long run because I’ve heard Advil like products hurt you liver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly hate Tylenol, it doesn't touch period cramps for me at all. I was worried that this wouldn't help my period cramps because it is a lower dose of ibuprofen so it can be mixed with Tylenol. So I only tried it for minor aches and pains and it worked fine for that. I just can't risk trying for period cramps cause I have to take ibuprofen full strength to get ahead of them. I did receive this in a voxbox free to try. I likely will just stick with ibuprofen.

I know that if I take it as soon as I feel a headache starting it will kick in and knock it out before it gets unbearable! I absolutely recommend advil if you have headaches or any other type of pain because it works wonders .

I didn’t know what to expect as I’m used to always just taking other meds to no meds, however this took my head ache away pretty rapidly and I didn’t have to take another one that day. i would recommend this to anyone who experiences strong headaches and wants to take less meds.

My back was killing me but after literally 10 minutes my pain was gone. I normally get sleepy when I take any pain relievers but this one didn’t make me sleepy at all which was nice.

So, let me preface this by saying that you should speak to your doctor first. With that being said, this product was fine for me for my muscleaches and headache, but I’m not sure this did anything extra beyond what either acetaminophen or ibuprofen would have done separately.
