A few days ago I had a really bad fever and headache and had run out of other options so I decided to try this. It took the medication approximately 15 minutes to work. It was really convenient having the acetaminophen for the fever and the ibuprofen for the headache in one tablet. Though Im not sure if its the best idea since youre essentially double dosing yourself on two different pain reducing medications. I did like how fast it worked.

I loved the dual action effect and I didnt experience any negative side effects. I would definitely consider purchasing these in the future.

It doesn't give me any side effects at all, it just literally takes the pain away quicker than anything I've took. I will for sure be buying these when I run out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fine if you like to use Tylenol and advil together but I find other otc nsaids work better for my headaches and acute pain. Also can cause upset tummy if not taken with food rather than plain Tylenol
