I have terrible menstrual cramps and typically need 800mg of ibuprofen every 8 hours to get them under control. The max dose of this combo drug didn't make a dent in relieving my cramp pain. I wish I hadn't gotten myself into this particular campaign, because I refuse to complete the Instagram portions of this task. This product isn't worth my followers' time.

To have a product that already has the two together is a lifesaver! Always works great and gets rid of the pain in no time! Only carrying one bottle of medication around instead of two is perfect for me! Definitely give it go and have a purse sized bottle with you at all times! I definitely do!

This is likely the best gift I have ever received from influenster, and I have already purchased a second bottle for myself. Its very effective and much easier than having to take 2 separate pills. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got botched carpal tunnel surgery causing ulnar nerve damage permanently, but have fallen in love with many projects that I simply can't do due to pain. everything from gardening to writing causes my hands to cramp up or go numb all together. this stuff helped significantly with inflammation and mobility of my wrist and lasted a long time! my only complaint is that due to my sensitive stomach and the additional acetametaphin, it did upset my stomach quite often. as long as you don't take it on an empty stomach, you're good to go!

The anesthetic came off and I went straight went to this product. It helped alleviate the pain in the first 30 min with two tablets. Im doing well and Im so glad that I had these in hand. Talk about a care package.

I do recommend counting the dose and considering your intake based on your symptoms. I would def take on days where I may have fever and aches to get the best dual action relief.
