[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dual action advil was definitely improved from regular advil due to the added acetaminophen. So it’s like two medicines in one! For me- ibuprofen still works better for headaches but that is a personal choice.

To my surprise it was great and so beneficial because I didnt have to worry about taking both Tylenol and Advil. The pills aren't huge and, I'll admit, I tend to take my pills dry-so they're very easy to take. They work well as pain medicine and help with my back pain after a long day of work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a staple brand that people love and know there not much to complain about it does what it’s supposed to do the reason I don’t usually purchase is because there are some medications that you cannot mix with this and for safety I go with “safer” pain relief medications.

The problem arose when it arrived because I didn’t realize that each product contains NSAIDS, which I’m unable to take. I went back and forth about contacting them and also spoke with my doctor. Because of my situation, he advised me not to take the Advil-it just wasn’t worth the risk for me. However, I have several friends who take this and do really well with it. I wish I could because one of them gets migraines, maybe monthly, and she has told me that it’s kept her from having to be out of commission all day. As someone who also gets migraines, that made me envious. She said it’s the only thing that has helped (she refuses traditional prescriptions treatments and will only consider over the counter or alternative therapies. Sorry I can’t provide a firsthand experience but I did think it was worth mentioning because some people don’t know that NSAIDS are unsafe for them. In my case, my doctor said it could cause problems with just a couple of doses. Would that be guaranteed to happen? No, but it is possible.
