I waited until I had a headache or some body pain and then I took it as I would any other and acetaminophen or Advil and it really didn't do any different or impress me any more than the other products. I don't typically take Advil unless it's all that I have available. But I would say that this was just like any other ibuprofen out there.

Also, it didnt come with any drowsiness side effects. I would definitely buy this product to carry around in my purse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works well, but combining the two meds means that you cant alternate Tylenol/NSAID for uninterrupted coverage. It helped with my headaches/pains, but if given the choice I would choose the two meds separately so I have more control.

I took this as directed. Within about 45 minutes, I was already experiencing relief. I might swap time this regularly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been between acetaminophen and ibuprofen pain medication. I don't usually drink too many pain killers but when my arthritis is bad I been drinking these and I can definitely say they take effect right away and relieve my aches.

However, the dual action with a C amount of him, gives it just an edge over its predecessor. By diversifying the formula, I feel like we’re better able to target multiple symptoms and provide longer lasting relief.

Its on par with others on the market. My only negative was that it only has 18 caplets, so maybe not the best value for your money

It relieved pain fast and the effects lasts longer than I expected. This means taking less medication which is always a plus. It's easy to swallow. I will buy this again and recommend it to anyone.
