It is only effective at relieving pain and fever which is just what I need. 250mg isnt as strong and thats just fine for me. If youre a little skeptical I recommend you to just go with the regular Advil.

I also get horrible cramps that I would sometimes take 800mg ibuprofen to subdue it. I try to just live with the pain, but I always have ibuprofen at home and at work. Basically, it has two active ingredients, so it lacks a double punch. One small warning, which is clearly written on the label, is to not take this with other medicines containing acetaminophen (which is “hidden” in a lot of meds; read your labels!)
