After suffering a rolled ankle I received this in the mail the same day. Talk about perfect timing right! Within an hour my pain was gone and remained gone for the rest of the day. It has acetaminophen so it also works for minor aches and pains. I take two of these when I feel a headache coming on and within 15 minutes it’s gone! These are great and fast acting.
