[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great but I do have to use them with a lot of caution due to GERD issues, i would use them in case of stronger pain, and it would relieve it pretty quick. I’ve tried it a couple times, and each time didn’t failed, worked like a charm.

The Dual Action is 2 medicines, Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen. Which is very effective for me. The little package is easy to carry & open. The capsules are easy to swallow for quick relief.

The acetaminophen and ibuprofen combo give you relief from two different angles. For me it has been used to relieve pain from headaches to menstrual cramps and everything in between. This has become a staple in my purse and I plan to purchase when I run out!

It’s so much easier to take two pills and not worry about taking too many. I used this on a major headache I had and - poof!!! Gone. I have also used it during menstrual cramps. Amazing!

I liked that it is a dual action so you dont need to pick between an ibuprofen or an acetaminophen, because this has both pain relievers. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great OTC pain reliever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this the day after a work out where neck and shoulder muscle cramps gave me a low headache. In about half an hour, it starter working and relieved both, to varying degrees. Most of the headache was gone and about 80% of the muscle aches.
