Because sometimes advil just doesn’t cut it and you need something stronger and they combined it together to make something that works amazingly. Not only that it’s great for on the go in this bottle. It’s small enough to fit in your pocket.

I do worry though that some people might take Tylenol, then use this drug for additional pain management not knowing they are really just taking more acetaminophen (Tylenol). Still think this stuff is neat nonetheless.

I'm normally a Tylenol person, but it wears often about four hours. This last eight hours. I take it with my cramps with my back pain sometimes even if I have a headache, that's not as bad as a migraine, I'll definitely keep the stock in my house
