I lean toward something like this when the weather is messing with my joints or if i feel a bad headache coming on to help minimize the pain. The bottle size is also great for throwing in your bag so you always have it on you!

I have a toddler and a baby so I don’t sleep great right now and normally wake up with a headache most days. I woke up this morning with a headache from lack of sleep and a sore body from the gym the day before. I popped two of these bad boys and within 30 mins felt so much better. I actually love the tube this size came in, I only wish it fit more inside but perfect to keep in your purse or car!
