Unfortunately I can no longer take it due to a new medication I started, but I will definitely reccomend it and keep it around the house for the family to use.

I love that this one also contains acetaminophen on top of the ibuprofen and I seriously feel like it works so much better and faster than the regular one. I really enjoyed the variety of being able to choose which medication and which dosage was correct for you at the time being. 250 mg Acetaminophen vs 125 mg Ibuprofen. I do recommend this product. The medications help reduce pain and you can pick the level of relief you need!

I usually have really painful cramps during the first day I get it and this made me feel a lot better after taking them. The pills are pretty big and make sure you eat before taking them. My only complaint was that I found it a little difficult to open the seal especially since I have long nails. I just wished there was a tab on the side of the seal to help you peel it off. I had poke a hole in the seal in order to open it. Other than that minor issue with packaging I thought the product was great and would recommend to anyone who suffers from painful period cramps.
