I get horrible hormone headaches and cramps and one dose of this took care of both for the whole day! This might be my new go to pain reliever!

Nothing else works for me. I always use Advil liquid gels but this Advil dual action is my new favorite go-to medicine because the dual action helps relieve the pain faster and quicker for a long period of time which helps a lot.

The only side effect that I experienced was drowsiness, but it wasn't very bad. The two pills lasted well over 12 hours before the pain came back. I will continue to take the Dual Action Advil for my aches and pains.
