[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff worked well with my post workout sore muscles. I also found that it works well with minor aches and pains and headaches. I like the fact that this is a travel size and I can just pop it in my purse. I definitely will be adding this to our medicine cabinet.

I will tell you, I honestly feel like this little bottle deserves ALL of the hype. I’m someone who uses both acetaminophen and ibuprofen together to maximize pain relief. The best part about this medication is that you end up getting the same result as mixing two medications, but the MG of each is less for the day. I try to stay away from pain relief due to the long term side effects, so this is fantastic news for when you have to reach for the bottle. Sorry for the long review, but if you deal with pain of any kind I definitely recommend! #complimentary @advil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample-sized bottle of Advil Dual Action Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen all-in-one medicine from Influenster. This is a pill that has both acetaminophen and ibuprofen in it. I like the concept but I don’t think this performs very well.  I had menstrual cramps and a headache and, after I took these pills, it didn’t fully take away the pain like my plain old storebrand ibuprofen can.

I’ve never been one to take medicine but I recently irritated my wrist that I sprained years ago and I have a 5 month old, so I need to be functioning lol. This has worked well to help with the pain that I have been experiencing. I think the combination helps as when I just take acetaminophen I do not tend to feel much relief.

I first took this for a backache and it seemed to help within an hour after taking it , was able to sleep through the night without pain . The second time I took it was for a headache and it started to help within 45 minutes of taking it . I would like to see other reviews to see what other day about this product .
