It can typically be a struggle to find an over the counter medication that kicks a headache with the recommended dose—usually I still have a mild headache. This product was great because I was able to totally get rid of even a major headache! If anyone struggles with headaches, this stuff is a lifesaver.

Been having a headache since Thursday and today is Sunday and I took one pill and it knocked my headache out. Can't wait to find these in the store

I usually end up taking a combo. but this pill literally has it all! antiinflammatory plus fast acting pain relief... how has this not been a thing before now fr?! lol worth checking out for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew a drug that combined both acetaminophen and ibuprofen wouldn't be ideal for me. I have terrible menstrual cramps and typically need 800mg of ibuprofen every 8 hours to get them under control. The max dose of this combo drug didn't make a dent in relieving my cramp pain. I wish I hadn't gotten myself into this particular campaign, because I refuse to complete the Instagram portions of this task. This product isn't worth my followers' time.

It fights pain in two ways acetaminophen blocks pain signals, Advil targets pain at the source. The combination of both gives up to 8 hours of pain relief. I was really impressed by how well it knocked out the pain !! I will be getting some more very soon!!

The medicine worked so well so quickly, much better than if I had just taken a product with one or the other of the active ingredients. It alleviated my headache within 30 minutes so I was able to get on with my day. All in all it works great in a timely manner and it’s super convenient to keep on hand.
