The major thing that I like about it is that it has both acetaminophen and ibuprofen so rather than have 2 separate drugs, you can just have 1 at home. It works fine, dont notice any issues with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two of these pills max you out on Tylenol however, you can still add two more ibuprofen if need be. I feel like they work better because there are less pills to break down. This is a great product.

My orthodontist recommends trying to stick to only Acetaminophen for tooth discomfort, but she understands Advil is the only thing that puts a dent in my pain. This one was very on brand with their other products and reliable and helped me a lot when I was recently going through a muscle flare up. I followed the directions on the bottle and pain seemed to let up within the hour and stayed that way for hours more! This is going in my purse for on the go support!
