I have a toddler and a baby so I don’t sleep great right now and normally wake up with a headache most days. I woke up this morning with a headache from lack of sleep and a sore body from the gym the day before. I popped two of these bad boys and within 30 mins felt so much better. No headache and no soreness! I will continue to use these.
