Whether it be a headache, cramps, backache, or muscle aches, it always makes me feel better. I keep a few in my purse, desk, car, etc. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the only medications that works for me when I get a sudden headache. Other medicines require me to take them practically before the onset of symptoms, but this works incredibly fast and it’s effective.

I used to just take an ibuprofen and that would knock it out. But lately it's not even touched my headaches. Tylenol alone even less effective. So I wasn't expecting much. But wow. This little pill totally obliterated my headache! Within like an hour. It worked so incredibly well. I had the energy to go though my day again and I just felt so much better all around. This is definitely going to be a staple in my medicine cabinet. So if you're like me and Tylenol or ibuprofen don't work on their own anymore this will be a godsend for you.

The dual action has Tylenol in it so if you also have a fever, it helps. I feel like this also lasts longer than the usual Advil so I definitely recommend it.
