I get some nasty headaches and I normally have to switch between ibuprofen and acetaminophen every 4 hours but with this my head ache was practically gone by the time I would have had to pick up the next bottle! I enjoy the size of this bottle, it is easy to pick up and keep in my work bag. It is easy to open by pinching the sides of the cap. The bottle gives you all of the information you need so you can throw the box away.

I had an extreme headache and when I took two of these pills it started easing the pain almost immediately. After taking a second dosage my pain was gone! But Im not sure how much more they did compared to either regular Advil or Tylenol. 18 pills isnt exactly enough to form a definitive opinion compared to my regular Advil/Tylenol/Excedrin choices. So Im likely to purchase another bottle to test and maybe change things up. The pills arent coated just plain white about the size of regular Tylenol and easy to swallow. Make sure if you take these to follow the directions and dosage based on the packaging.
