[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Advil worked a little better than the regular Advil . I personally can not use Advil but my husband tried it and it worked amazing on him for his pain from working hard in construction. I would defiantly recommend to a friend in pain.

I am not a huge fan of ibuprofen but this has both ibuprofen and Tylenol in it so that is a bonus. It works great! I would definitely buy this to use for my aches.
