Even if you take two is these pills, you still don't get enough pain relief as two 325mg tylenols and two 200mg Advils. Spending more money for less relief and less dosage of medication? No thanks. I'll stick to full strength meds for better relief. -icu nurse.

Within one hour of taking the medication, my cramps were barely noticeable.
