I have really bad knees, so exercise is challenging and painful at times. Not too long after taking one pill(two is the recommendation)I felt relief from my achy knees. You can do the same effect of buying the off-brand ibuprofen and acetaminophen but this is a cute, on the go bottle to have it all! Love the pill size as well! Pictured two pills sitting on my knee brace for size - I expected them to be bigger like Tylenol. Nice coating helps it not dissolve in your mouth. Great product! 9/10 would recommend (lost a point for the price as I said)

I have been using Advil for a while now, as it's the only pain reliever that I can use without having trouble with the ingredients. Along with my prescribed pain medication, the relief is great.
