[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally take Aleve on a regular basis. This actually works just as well! Its fast acting so I can combat my headaches and still tend to my kids. I wish the bottles were a little bigger but Im not disappointed. Plus unlike Aleve I can more than 2 day so that helps a lot!

My only complaint is that I wish the milligrams were higher so I didnt have to take two at a time. This is the first product like this on the market, very innovative and effective

I’ve never been one to take medicine but I recently irritated my wrist that I sprained years ago and I have a 5 month old, so I need to be functioning lol. This has worked well to help with the pain that I have been experiencing. I think the combination helps as when I just take acetaminophen I do not tend to feel much relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a little torn on this product. It’s good for people that like lower dose meds or are not educated on meds. It combines Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Advil (ibuprofen) in one product. Good to knock out some things but, as a pharmacy technician, I prefer to alternate the two drugs every few hours at a slightly higher dose for longer lasting relief. But many people may not know how or what quantities to take so this could be more beneficial to those people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not one for taking acetaminophen but being able to alternate them is always a pain when pain meds are needed. This was a two for one that seemed to work decently. I still much prefer ibuprofen than acetaminophen though.

Took when I had a headache starting and had unrelated muscle soreness from a workout the previous day and both disappeared! I don’t love taking medications when I can probably power through but when I have too much happening in my body, not having to choose one issue over the other is so helpful.
