The pills do dissolve a bit quickly, so make sure you have a drink ready when you pop them in your mouth, but I found it helps quicker that traditional Advil, and much better than acetaminophen alone. The only thing that would make it better would be having some kind of gel cap to help it go down easier.

But to my surprise it actually works pretty good as I have a lot of everyday body aches. I took 2 and they seem to last most the day. I just wish they were a tad bit smaller but not a big deal.I would recommend and will be buying more . Thanks for the opportunity to try them.
