[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not one for taking acetaminophen but being able to alternate them is always a pain when pain meds are needed. This was a two for one that seemed to work decently. I still much prefer ibuprofen than acetaminophen though.

I suffer from sinus headaches sometimes and the pressure can be quit unbearable. Using this product really helped to relieve the pain. It didn't take long to go into effect either. I also used this to alleviate pain from a stiff neck.

Each capsule contains two pain fighting medications, ibuprofen and acetaminophen. Ive enjoed the relief i get from advil. I received this product complimentary in exchange for an honest review.

My boyfriend had a backache while I had minor cramps cause you know TOM. These really did the job and got us through our vacation. What I loved about these Advil is that they are still a small size and bit hard to swallow. I do recommend these Advils if you have a headache, backache, cramps or any body ache in general. These are now must haves in my travel bag.

Rarely does anything so much as dull that outside of Excedrin which tends to be a bit pricier. This gives people facing pain an alternative to taking two separate meds. Would highly recommend.
