Okay who would have ever thought taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen at the same time good job or tree down faster than either of them on their own. This dynamic duo and the perfect ratio had me pain free in 30 minutes. I always take a bit of coffee when I take a pain pill just because I believe it assists in the circulation of the medicine. But I just have to say I am blown away as a person that suffers with pain and tries to be quiet about it because nobody cares to hear about you hurting it is nice to have something that takes the pain away. Thank you Advil I am sitting here literally like in tears because there's so many times and I hurt and it's just waiting hours for the pain to go away and now I have alternatives and I'm thankful for that. No more needing to spend double your money on buying these products separately when you can just save money and get two in one! Its fast acting! Compact size so its easy to swallow! would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was supper excited to try this product out! Especially since I normally get really bad headaches all the time and Advil has always been my go to! So that the first sign of my headache yesterday, I was able to take two tablets. It did take it some time to actually become affective, which kinda sucked! But once it became affective my headache went away. And I had no side effects, like stomachache or nausea like I do with Tylenol! I do love the fact that it has acetaminophen because it is not as hard on your kidneys as ibuprofen is! My co-worker was suffering from a headache the other day and I have her this product to try and she said that it took a long time to kick in, but when it did the headache completely went away! I was happy that it worked for her like it did for me! I totally will be recommending this to friends and family. And I will be continuing to use if this medication in the future!

Usually I my knee gets very achy when its cold and rainy and nothing really helps but this did reduce the pain! It wasnt completely gone but I could tell a great difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start off by saying that I do take Advil regularly as my go-to pain reliever. With that said, my tolerance has gone up as well. I normally take 600mg (3 tablets) to help with the pain relief. Whats good about this is that I can take the regular two caplets and get more relief. I do recommend though always looking at the active ingredients in any medications one takes especially since this has acetaminophen and is in a lot of other medications as well.

I suffer from headaches at least a couple times a month. These headaches usually go away with some Acetaminophen but Comes back, so I alternate ibuprofen and acetaminophen, but I hate having to take so many pills at the extra strength dosage. I got this in my box box and was so excited. The dosage is less than the extra strength ibuprofen and extra strength acetaminophen so I feel good about that AND ITS ALL IN ONE. And WORKS. It kept my headache away. Will definitely purchase this next time I go to the store and this bottle is finished.

My headache went away much quicker and I felt great hiking for 6 hours. I would definitely recommend to others who get frequent headaches.
