I usually use goody powers or excedrin and this seems to work almost as good. I had a headache and after taking this my head started feeling better within 15 minutes. If it were a little stronger it would be my go to!

It makes it easier and more convenient to take these caplets than taking both medicines individually. They worked very well for me and my minor aches and pains.
