I work in healthcare, am always on my feet and work 12 long hour shifts. Advil is the only one that I can rely on to provide relief from muscle aches and pain all over my body! This is not irritating my stomach, it works fast and the pain relief also lasts a long time. It’s reliable and proven and tested for a long time! I highly recommend this for general pain relief, muscle aches and pains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get regular headaches and migraines, so its hard to gauge a painkillers effectiveness because a pill that worked yesterday may not do anything for me today. That being said, it worked well for a tension headache I had one afternoon. But whats interesting is that my boyfriend pulled a muscle in his back while moving a door this afternoon. I gave him two of these Advil Dual Action Pills and some dinner, now hes downstairs installing flooring and pain-free about 2 hours later! Not bad.

Unfortunately I can no longer take it due to a new medication I started, but I will definitely reccomend it and keep it around the house for the family to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im not one to take pain killers unless I feel I really need them. And when I do, I take excedrine. This was fast acting and long lasting. Would definatley purchase this again and ditch the excedrine.
