[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time I’ve gotten this in a VoxBox back to back. It works great! The mixture of different pain relievers is amazing! I have constant tooth pain(yes I’m having them pulled) but since using the dual action I don’t take nearly as many pain relievers as before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is a smaller dosage than normal ibuprofen so if you need the 200 my of ibuprofen for it to work, just be aware. It took away my backache. I also feel like 2 Tylenol and 1 ibuprofen would have had the same result

It’s fast acting and great in a pinch. This is a much try for the holiday season and the change in weather with muscle aches.

As someone who suffers from chronic pain & has tried every over the counter option I was really excited about these only to be let down. It was as if I had taken nothing at all. I had to take Aleve after to get rid of the pain. Would not recommend
