I loved the dual action effect and I didnt experience any negative side effects. I would definitely consider purchasing these in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] influenster sent me a sample to try and I am pretty excited about it. while I am very fortunate to not have chronic pain, I do get frequent menstrual cramps as well as tension headaches. this time of year I typically get tension headaches any time the weather changes. this product was very fast working and did the job. my only down side and I think this is just a me thing is that it made me drowsy after taking the recommended two pills. I sometimes get drowsy with ibuprofen so I am pretty sure this is just me. I would definitely recommend this though.
