It is a really great concept, overall great product, and does help take the edge off of aches an pains, arthritis pain etc, but I honestly could not tell that helped anymore than regular ibuprofen, or tylenol alone.

I've struggled to find over-the counter pain medication that helps with my menstrual cramps, this was genuinely a life-saver. I haven't noticed any of the side effects that other pain mecations like this come with. It worked easily with headaches. I wish it was better for back pain, but otherwise it worked great!

I would say roughly after 30 minutes of taking it. I usually just drink Advil by itself but I really enjoyed this new combination of the two.

My hubby had some tooth pain the other day and we were told he could take a combo of ibuprofen and Tylenol but I didn't really like the idea of giving him a handful of pills, so it was nice to be able to hand him 2 of these instead. And they knocked the tooth pain out. So win, win.... lol.

It helped with my headaches along with my back pain and it was long lasting! I will definitely be buying these again!

However, when i have been extra active or stressed i tend to experience fairly severe knee pain. It happens very rarely, but when it does i cannot stand it. I coincidentally began to feel the pain literally the night i received this voxbox, typically it takes about a week for the pain to fully subside. With the help of these pills, the knee pain i felt on Friday, was gone by Saturday and I went on a 24 hour last minute trip! this stuff is awesome highly recommend!

I honestly didnt expect to wanna buy this product when I got it, however they work great! They literally make your headache disappear within 10 minutes...which is way faster then anything else iv taken. Even my mom likes them, she said they work great relieving her back pain which is great honestly!
