I typically have to take advil/Tylenol/Ibprofen multiple times before it starts to knock out my headaches ... I took this the other day about 30 minutes into a pounding headache. About 20 minutes later it was better but not gone. Another 15 minutes and I was like brand new! Highly recommend. Also think this will wonders for the next time my teens have a fever or a sore muscle !
