It seems to help my cramps better than just ibuprofen alone. I would definitely recommend this but check with your health care provider first because this has 2 different kinds of pain relievers that some people cannot take.

These really work!! Fast and very effective. Small enough to take without any problems. Would definitely purchase to get rid of bad headaches!

They're so much more than "normal" Advil - they contain acetaminophen (a pain reliever) AND ibuprofen (an NSAID pain reliever). These little powerhouse pain relieving caplets can help with all manner of minor aches and pains - I've had great success with using it for general body aches and soreness after activities!

It’s effective, but so are ibuprofen (Advil) and acetaminophen (Tylenol). The tiny bottle will be great to refill though!

Although I’m healthy and in my 30s, I do use sparingly as I have some concerns about the effect both medications together may have on my liver.
