[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I have a regular headache these are a nice option because ibuprofen and acetaminophen work a little differently so my philosophy is that one of them has got to help and they do. Some things I’ve learned though is that Tylenol (acetaminophen) cannot be used if you’ve been drinking because it’s tough on the liver. Tylenol also only works for pain in the head so relief for body injuries. The tablets are coated and go down easily and didn’t cause me any nausea.
