[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this to see how it would work on my headaches, while it did help it wasn't as fast as when I take Tylenol & Ibuprofen separately and I know it is because it's not as strong as what I normally take. Overall though I like that it is in single tablet form vs having to take several of the others.. I would recommend this product to family & friends.

It's very handy and I usually feel relief within 30 minutes. I love that it's also in travel size so you can leave it in your purse in case you need it.

It is effective on aches and pains including cramps. I end up taking less of the combo then just Advil or Tylenol alone. A must have.

I love how it contains both medicines Aceteminophen and ibuprofen in one pill as opposed to taking two separate pills. I used it for cramps and back pain from my workouts. I would purchase this when i run out.

Not having to switch between Advil and Tylenol every 4 hours when I hurt my back or elbow is nice. The travel size is good for popping in my purse in case I need it on the go. Will definitely repurchase and have recommend this to other people who’ve tried it and like it a lot too.
