I kept this in my desk for a month to see how effective it was compared to my usual headache relief medications, and it definitely worked better than what I usually use! Within about 30 minutes, my headache is gone. Ill definitely buy this again.

Combining ibuprofen and acetaminophen in one tablet provides more comprehensive pain relief. It helps me reduce lower back pain and headaches and typically starts to work within about 30 minutes to an hour after I take it.

It’s very affordable and it’s an over the counter product so you can get it any where any pharmacy as well. They are small pill and it has no scent or taste and they are easy to swallow which is a plus. I recommend this 💯

The addition of the acetaminophen really makes a difference and I like that it is all in one so I'm not carrying around 2 pill bottles. This has worked very well for headaches, cramps, aches and pains, you name it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely the best over the counter pain killer out there, hands down. Knocks out my headaches, backaches, and everything in between. The science is there as well, showing that a combination of Advil and Tylenol worked better than narcotics on some types of pain, most notably dental pain. This med lives in my work bag, and I won’t go without it. 10/10
