I wouldn't say they are in anyway fast acting or better than taking each medicine separately. They're convenient because you only need to keep track of one bottle of pills instead of both Advil and Tylenol. I don't think I would go out of my way to purchase this. Unfortunately its really just the combination of two commercially available products ibuprofen and acetaminophen. You would think that the advantage of this product is the fact it is 2 in 1 and you only need to take 1 tablets instead of 2, However in the directions for use if you are 12 years of age or older you take 2 tablets. I will note the dosage of ibuprofen is slightly higher when taken as directed than regular strength Advil.
