The dual action has Tylenol in it so if you also have a fever, it helps. I feel like this also lasts longer than the usual Advil so I definitely recommend it.

This is the perfect mix when I took on my period it helps sooo much. I will definitely be purchasing this.

It relieves me of headaches after about 30 minutes. And relieves back pain and cramps in about 45 minutes. I dont know what they do, but Advil is the only pain reliever thats worked for me. My husband, who regularly takes 800mg of ibuprofen for aches and pains was also really impressed with the performance of this product in just one dose.
