This one was very on brand with their other products and reliable and helped me a lot when I was recently going through a muscle flare up. I followed the directions on the bottle and pain seemed to let up within the hour and stayed that way for hours more! This is going in my purse for on the go support!

It’s effective, but so are ibuprofen (Advil) and acetaminophen (Tylenol). The tiny bottle will be great to refill though!
