[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love fact that Advil has two pain relievers to help combat your pain. It lowers the amount of both relievers so you are not having to take as much. Ibuprofen can be hard on your stomach as well as your liver. You still get all the benefits of it, but you’re also get the relief from acetaminophen which is less damaging to your body and liver. Personally I find no relief from acetaminophen.? With the lower dose of the ibuprofen it just doesn’t seem to work well with me. Ibuprofen is the only OTC I have found that works for me, but everyone is different and finds relief from different things. I say try it! It is definitely worth it to help curb your pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get terrible sinus and tension headaches several times a week. The moment I feel a dull ache, I usually pop a generic ibuprofen. Sometimes, I get completely blindsided and the pain comes on too strong and quickly. In those times, I rely on Excedrin Migraine. Even though I was hesitant to replace my Excedrin with this Advil Dual Action, I figured it would be a pretty good test. And I was happy and surprised to find that it worked just as well, if not better. I also really like that it doesn't have the caffeine that the Excedrin does because I'm very sensitive, which means I can use this Advil at night!

I typically use ibuprofen since I like to get to the source of the pain by reducing inflammation at the source. However with the Acetaminophen added into it, I feel that I will get added pain relief. Handy, and without having to open 2 bottles.

I found this when I was having knee pain around Christmas and it is the best product I have ever used. I keep a bottle with me at all times and my staff uses it when the have menstrual cramps, headaches, backaches and more. It is amazing thank you for developing this prduct.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always try to prepare for hiking and adventuring by packing my adventure bag however, bulky bottles tend to be problematic, and I don’t like to take things out of their packaging because that also can create problems while traveling if you have unmarked pills. I really appreciate that. This is perfect for a small, hiking pack or fanny pack, but also can provide great relief from Pain along a busy trail where you’re really challenging yourself.
