I was excited to see the duel acetaminophen and ibuprofen thinking it would help a lot more than just Tylenol. Sadly, I was wrong. It worked but not as well as the extra strength Tylenol PM I take daily. If youre someone who doesnt take Tylenol or Advil on a daily basis but sometimes get pain, this would definitely work for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combination is absolutely one of the best. I take ibuprofin by itself often, but pairing with acetaminophen is ideal. You get the quick action pain reduction as well as anti-inflammatory element. It saves having to take seperate medications and allows them to be blended together in a way to work even more simultaneously than if you were to take seperate medications. I like the small portable vial because it easily fits in my pocket. Being someone prone to headaches and various other bodily pain, it's nice to be able to have something so readily available. This is an overall win, and something i will surely purchase in the future.

The duality of it is that it targets pain in two ways - Acetaminophen blocks pain signals while Ibuprofen targets pain at the source. Really effective to use on occasion.

I was already a fan of Advil but the dual action (ibuprofen + acetaminophen) really helps knock out any pain. I get frequent headaches and sometimes they dont go away for hours and hours, even with Advil or Tylenol. The combo has seemed to work well in getting rid of them much quicker! My mom has tried it for her knee pain and said it helped also.
