I was concerned combining the two ingredients but I imagine it’s great because it did the work. I also used it post spin class for my lower back and it was great

It’s an absolute game changer having these two meds combined into one, especially as cold/flu season approaches! This will become a definite must-have in our household, as we love dual action products, especially medications. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone and will definitely purchase this going forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I had an unfortunately great opportunity to test this product out- I tripped and fell on a cement sidewalk and absolutely shredded my knees. I was in a lot of pain (emotional and physical, but let’s focus on the physical) and I took this before bed that night because I was afraid I wouldn’t sleep. It worked fast and helped me have great relief throughout the night. I would highly recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've actually have been having back and neck pain despite being in PT 2x a week. this stuff acrualy works on my pain. without taking more then 2 pills. my pain tolerance is so high. I usually have to take 1500mg to touch anything. great product. great packaging and great formula that works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had really strong menstrual cramps today that hit me out nowhere. I took two pills of this and it felt like a brand new person after 20 mins. I had no pain! Usually with regular Advil or Tylenol, I have some lingering pain but this truly did the trick. I will definitely be buying more of this at my grocery store!

I tried this product when it first came out as a trial. I am still young, though have frequent headaches and other minor sources of pain. Man am I glad I did! This is one of my favorite OTC products on the market. I highly recommend it for those that are able to take it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best over the counter pain medicine on the market. It works quickly and I never need to take a second dose. Prior to trying the dual action i would take 6 Advil at a time. Seriously worth it!!
