I only gave it 4 stars because you are limited if you take this medicine as far as taking something in between if pain is too bad.

These Advil dual action pills really help alleviate my symptoms when I need them to. They last for about 5 hours and start to kick in after about 27 minutes of taking them.

In the past I've had to take acetaminophen and ibuprofen separately, but this combines both of those into one convenient dose. I don't recommend taking this on the regular, but when you're feeling extra miserable, this is great.
