As soon as I got home and remembered I had this bottle waiting in my cabinet for me! It took about 15 minutes for the dual action to kick in but when it did I felt like my normal self! This is 100% and it works for pain These pills are easy to swallow. I take these magic tablets and I feel better 25 minutes later. Works better than any old ibuprofen. I work in a home improvement store and have to lift heavy stuff all the time. Plus having a headaches a little more. We haven't figured out why but this totally helped! It will be this or the gels for me from now on!

I usually end up taking a combo. but this pill literally has it all! antiinflammatory plus fast acting pain relief... how has this not been a thing before now fr?! lol worth checking out for sure!

I work full time (from home due to COVID) and attend law school at nights. That being said my life during the week revolves around laptop screens. Strain on the eyes in return can cause a nasty headache. In my experience, the product starts kicking in after about 20 minutes. Its cost effective, quick, and does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Its really one of the best working pain killers out there, acting fast and delivering true relief. I use this product to relieve menstrual cramps every month. Sometimes these are the only way i get through the week! I have tried other pain killers and they do not compare to Advil.
