[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been long overdue but finally Advil has produced a pill with both acetaminophen and ibuprofen. I am surprised because I have many headaches, it pain away in short period of time and I dont need to take a second dose throughout day. My only concern was there were times I had minor pains and I found myself feeling drowsy. However, I will definitely try this again!
