This countertop oven is very roomy. It comes with two racks that can be inverted, which gives you a total of six possible rack positions. It toasts nicely, bakes, roasts, broils, and has a "warm" setting. It's perfect for preparing side dishes during holidays when your large oven is full, or for when you have a smaller job and don't want to light your large oven. I use this oven everyday.

This is the biggest, nicest looking toaster oven I've ever seen let alone purchased. This will be able to bake or toast anything you put in it. With size comes a few additional considerations however: Do I really have the space for an additional OVEN in my kitchen? Am I going to use this primarily for a few pieces of toast or to reheat/cook entire meals? If you have a small kitchen or even a medium sized kitchen I would recommend a smaller appliance, even if you live by a "bigger is always better" mantra. If you want a toaster or toaster oven to make a bagel or toast occasionally- I would absolutely get something smaller, or a traditional toaster. It takes a little while to heat up because of its size, and I imagine it requires a bit more energy to warm up enough to toast a piece of bread. So maybe if you're trying to be green, or are always in a hurry- go smaller. Overall though, I am super happy with this appliance. Product design is great. Functionality is great.

This counter oven works great whether heating, toasting or broiling. I like the 2 racks and crumb tray that makes cleaning easy. It's sleek looking and not overwhelming in size. Finally, I have a toasting feature that doesn't char the bottoms of bread. I am slowly replacing my kitchen appliances-refrigerator, dishwasher-with Kitchen Aid appliances. Very reliable.

It is a robust and elegant countertop oven, easy settings and fast heating, however the insulation is poor causing the outside to become very hot.

This was a great choice for convenience of broiling and roasting. I had a toaster oven previously and this is far superior and better results. Looking forward to using this often. No hot oven in the summer time.

Purchased this as a replacement for an older model. This is much improved. Good quality, easy to clean, and great for cooking meals for two. I love it

I've only had this over for a couple of weeks and we've used it about 7 times now.....everything seems to be "great". I hope that the quality is there for this product to "last" a long time and I hope that Kitchen Aid stands behind their products!

We were quite hesitate to purchase one of these items, but found that we wonder how did we ever live with out to. The past Thanksgiving Holiday it became priceless, an extra oven!

Oven performs well. The small size is a plus. I have baked chicken, made burekas, baked potatoes. This oven cooks as well as my large convection oven. When I'm preparing dinner for just the two of us and making one oven dish it saves energy,
