[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works really well..I wanted dial buttons as my old hands do not work good on the touch ones. I notice the ends of your fingers lose heat & they do not work. They are large & and easy to read. Love the large handle also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old toaster oven had to be replaced. I love that this one came in black to coordinate with my other appliances. I also like the four knobs to adjust the settings, temperatures and time. The only reason I gave it four stars is that the outside surface gets very hot. I have many KitchenAid appliances. I did do my research before purchasing this and this one was the winner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a smaller one for a few years and liked not having to have a toaster - or heating up a large over for a smaller need. The KitchenAid takes care of both, and it's a bit larger than the one I had. Perfect size for all kinds of food prep.

This ovens plug/cord gets very hot while in use & my actual wall receptical gets very hot as well. I'm concerned that this is a fire hazard & should be thrown out. I have written to Kitchenaid asking for a replacement, so I will see what they say. Very disappointed after paying a lot of money for this oven.

Just bought this as a replacement. Attractive design, great size but the toaster ticks like an egg timer and the setting has to be on dark to make any progress in toasting. What the heck? $130 and this is what you get. Not sure we'll keep it. Disappointed.

I bought this oven in March 2017 thinking it was the countertop oven for my retired years, after having Oster, Black and Decker that lasted for years, because I am very careful with all my appliances. The Oven/Broil/Warm function stopped working. It's me and my husband at home and we don't use it every day. A couple of mi this ago a weird sound appeared and then disappeared. Model KCO233CCU Serial WF42103405. We decided to pay for it because it looks nice and sturdy and the brand has very good reviews. Worst choice of my life... I can't use it anymore and can't afford one right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my brother who has limited counter space and did not want to use the oven for small portions. I discovered the KitchenAid oven online, which broils/bakes/toast, fits his needs perfectly. The price was within his budget too. The baked and broiled chicken was perfect and the grilled cheese sandwich came out great. Because it has its own rack and broiler tray/rack, you really don't have to buy additional pans or cooking trays. I like the knobs because you do not need to reset them - with digital you need to reset when the power goes out. I give it a 4 star rating only because the front door does not (slightly) align with the top edge of the unit when closed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still getting used to the bones and have not used all the bells & buttons. It does take quite a long time to toast anything, be it muffins or sliced bread. I do love the convection baking and how even the items cook. I haven't broiled yet but I think that option will work as ineffective as the toast option. I wish I could have fallen in love with the oven from day one, and while we are a toast house, there really isn't anything truly bad or broken to return it. I just have to make sure to start the toast 2x ahead of when I used to.
