[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this oven for about a month, and it would get 5 stars except for the fact that the timer for the oven does not work, it didnt work the first time i tried it, the next few times it did and now once again it is not working which is a real inconvience since the cut off feature will not work and i have to set a seperate timer. The cut off works well for the toaster. It toasts fine, it cooks fine very happy with all other features.

I've only used it to heat up pre-cooked food so far, but expect at some point to cook a meal in it.. It heats up evenly and fits perfectly on my counter. I'm very pleased with the quality, performance, and highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this a few weeks ago. Just used the toaster so far. I use will be using this to bake, broil and toast. I would have given it 5 stars, but the timer is very loud as it counts down. The baking/broiling tray and rack are of good quality but they should be bigger. They should be the size of the sling rakes.

I love the capacity and lack of electronics. This little powerhouse has two shelves and an enamel-coated roasting pan with rack that has stood up to loads of abuse. My mother had bought me a Cuisinart that was all electronic, had one shelve, and an aluminum roasting pan that started pitting within a year. The electronic controls were a complete nuisance, as the default cook time was only 10 minutes, and you had to push the up button once for every minute - really annoying if cooking for an hour. I bought this Kitchen Aid after using my adult son's for a year while he lived with us after getting out of the military. I live in a hot climate, so this comes in really handy when 3-digit temps last for months. Anything but a turkey will fit inside, so you can cook a good-sized roast or simply toast a piece of bread. However, I turn the toast over half-way through, since one side cooks faster. It may be uneven heating, or I may need to adjust the shelf when I toast - not worth looking up, since I rarely use that function. If I had to choose between this and my regular oven, I'd pick this any day and would just have to figure out something else for Thanksgiving - maybe cutting the turkey in pieces. I am totally serious. I use my big oven two or three times a year, not counting Thanksgiving, but I use this almost every day; leftovers heat up in 10 minutes, give or take.

I really enjoyed being able to bake on my counter top and make smaller casseroles without having to use my big oven and heat up the whole kitchen. Well 2 years later it just stopped working. Called KA and they will give me a small credit toward a new one if ordered from them. Well, 1. They are more expensive than the big box stores, so even with a discount not that great a deal, and 2. Why would I want to buy the same unreliable appliance again? Not happy! My last Black and Decker toaster oven lasted 12 years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had mine for almost one year. Use it daily for the grand kids, it is convenient and very versatile for snacks and quick meals. It quit one day but KitchenAid replaced it as it was under warranty . Love this little oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are on our second unit as the first one lost toast functionality in less than 6 months. The warranty process wasn't bad but if this replacement unit doesn't last I will purchase a different brand. Also be a little careful removing items, both my wIfe and I have burned our forearms (slightly) as the door has a large front handle which prevents it from being flush with counter.

This is smaller than I thought and it does not tell you in the description that when using the bake function the top burner is always on with convection on. I feel it is more like a broiler than a baker, even when using the middle position as suggested. So far I am disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a month back.The love the Kitchenaid quality and have always relied on the name brand .The price was very reasonable and the quality of the product can be seen .Its not the cheap light weight kind .Its heavy and the product is sturdy. I have baked ,broiled and toasted on it and it easily goes from one setting to the other.Its all you would need in a kitchen . Best product ever
