When I placed the order it said 2 day shipping. Not the case, 2 weeks later I got an email saying it was coming freight and would be another week. Assembly was pretty easy just attched the back to the bottom and connect both power. The chair itself is okay. The arm rests are slightly of center but not a big deal. When seated the chair sits high up and when you go from recline to sit up it pitches your back so i have to lean forward before it gets to that point. But for the price it's not bad.

Was skeptical when ordering this recliner since the Instant Savings was really good. BUT IT IS AWESOME! It has so much more than I realized!!!! I love the arm rest storage compartments. Love the UPC outlets for 3 devices! Even has electrical outlet in one of the arm rests!!!!! And..... I didn't realize that it had a powered adjustable headrest! It seems to be "compact built" to not be bulky, yet it is roomy and full size. Wish I'd ordered 2 instead of 1.

Despite the box being in excellent condition, the recliner had parts that were never attached. There was a foot with the screws bent in half that was floating around in the box. There is no way it came apart in shipping. We purchased new screws and put the foot on as it should have been. Just looking at the recliner, it appears cheaply made. There are parts and stitches that are just askew. All in all, very unimpressed.

I bought 2 of these. Going to have surgery on my neck. Going to be sometime in a recliner. This recliner is electric and sooo comfortable. It even has a adjustable head rest. My husband and me are movie and tv lovers. Now we can watch at home in comfort just like going to the movies all except we can wear our pjs. Delivery guys were prompt and very nice. Highly recommend. Sams has a sale again very likely buy 2 more!
