I'm very happy with my Theater chair. I've only had it for a few weeks but I'm really enjoying it. Everything works perfectly, and I'm hopeful that it will last a long time. The only negative is the location of the power reclining buttons. They are placed on the inside of the right arm, and, when sitting in the chair, it's awkward to hit the proper button to recline or move the chair to the upright position. Other than that, the chair is comfortable, the motor seems powerful and the faux leather is great. I'm using the USB plug and the cupholders all the time. The storage compartments in the arms works very well. Overall I'm very happy with the chair.

Chairs sit a little different than a manual style recliner. Takes a few days to become accustomed to the new one. While chair is in motion, the material on the moving parts rub against like material on stationary parts, resulting in a squeaking noise. Happens every time because of a very tight fit. I will be contacting customer for a remedy.

This chair is everything you thought it would be and more. I can talk about the comfort and the storage, which are great features. But, by far, the best feature is the adjustable headrest. Because of my neck issues, I need a chair that supports my neck and allows me to take the weight of my head off of my neck for a while. This is hard with many couches and chairs because they are stuck in just one position and/or don't hold your head at all. But the fact that this chair not only supports my, but allows me to change the headrest position to fit however I am sitting is amazing. It has been really helpful to change the headrest based on whether I am watching TV, crocheting, reading, or even napping. The reason I give this a four-star is solely because the chair is just a bit too wide. I am not a broad person, and it is hard for my arms to rest on both armrests. Because of this, I am constantly pushing the arm rests out, which has caused them to disalaign because they lift up for storage. It is very frustrating, but with some small pillows, it has helps a lot and I am totally okay with making that concession for the amazing headrest and overall comfort.

I went to Sams for some small items, saw this chair and tried it out.Amazing.Firm yet soft.Im 6'-2" 250lbs.I did not know all the features and bought for the comfort.Black leather,dual stainless cupholders, dual hydraulic armrests with deep storage.Power recline and headrest.Lovely.Reclines to almost horizontal position.Smooth action.It does not have heated seat or massage but the price was amazing at about $400.I researched similar at 2x the price.

Love the chair. Only problem is 1arm rest is not on correctly & keeps moving to side. Will try to fix. Not sure if will help. Dont have box so dont know if can return. The lighted cup holders are nice and all the plug ins in the arm rest are great. Love the electric leg n back lifts

Recliner is/was not what I expected. I'm 5'9" and when I extend the recliner to watch television, my feet dingles over the edge by at least 3 inches. I can't imagine someone 6 feet tall being very comfortable in this chair. Also, the cushion are not as comfortable as they lead it to be and the head rest is anything but soft. When I put my body in a chair, I expect it be relaxed and comfortable, this was anything but comfortable. I like the style and the look, but for the overall picture of the chair it's not worth it if you're looking for comfort. I'm returning the chair and off looking for probably a nice old style wing back or club chair, with an ottoman.

I really don't like it at all, but that's on me. That's what I get for not buying it in person. I guess I'll be stuck with this for a while. It does not rock or swivel and the headrest is way above my head. Hope I can afford to buy a different one some day, then I can move this to the rec room for watching TV.

For what we paid for this chair it should have been nothing wrong with it, but when we recived it and assembled it the right side of the chair was sticking out and very wobbly, we tightened the screws thinking that was the issue but it was not. The whole right side is leaning outward and there is a gap between the seat and arm rest. Dissapointed to say the least.

upon incorporating help a two vehicle chore unpacking and setting up , each chair has damage. I am a senior and can not do the return to store because it involves all of the pick up chores. The manufacturer does not honor the warranty based on word trickery. Sam's took only $25 dollars off each chair and I still have two damaged chairs. Now the chairs are at a $100.dollar discount. The lesson is don't pick up large boxed items at Sam's and think it is ok. The store says if you order on line and they ship they will return to pick up. Trick or truth?

I ordered two of these chairs. One came with two lift fork holes in the box. Why they shipped with these two holes is beyond me. Of course, when we opened the box the back was broken in two. I called immediately but have still not heard where the new chair is nor have the picked up the trash one I received. The faux leather on the chair is not very good quality. I am very concerned about the quality of the electronics. It is a bit touch and go. sometimes it doesn't work right away. I would try to find another company to purchase this item. This one is incredibly cheap.
