Very comfortable and nice looking! I read reviews that said it was noisy when reclining. This chair doesn't make a sound! Quiet and smoothe. I love this chair. Will be ordering a second one for my husband.

Chairs are very nice and comfortable. Would have been 5 stars if the design of the chair arms were made stronger. If pushed on in getting in or out of the chair, they move too much and are weak, but taken care of the chair should last for a long time. I love the comfort and ease of a power chair.

These chairs are very sturdy, comfortable & easy to put together (about 20 mins each). The neck support & leg lift are perfect for tall people (we're both at least 6ft). I ordered (2) on-line and they arrived 12 days early. I received timely order update & the deliverymen were on time an gladly placed them in my garage where I requested. They were very polite & professional. My entire experience was remarkable and I would recommend these chairs to anyone who may be (like me) apprehensive about ordering on-line without ever seeing or trying out these recliners.

This is really good chair and value for money with the savings introduced. Recliner, pillow on top are power moves. In the hand rest I have mobile and laptop charger is amazing. With this chair along with cup holder watching movies at home added more fun.

I love this chair. I bought two of them. Mine is great and the only complaint my wife has about hers is that she's barely 5'1 and she can't touch the floor. It's fine though. They are very comfortable for watching TV or a movie, and you can charge your phone or table or even plug a device straight in, like a laptop.

The recliner was delivered two weeks earlier than promised, Was easy to assemble and in use within twenty minutes. Getting it out of the box took the longest. The chair is not as soft as the larger padded ones but is really quite comfortable. Love the usb and AC outlets. Very satisfied over all.

The chair comes in two pieces. It would have helped if I knew the instructions were two sided. Missed half of them before it was too late. The back is about a quarter of an inch off being square. In other words, if you put it flat against the wall, one side would be a quarter inch away, and the other would touch. I can tell the cover of the arm will eventually get tweaked the way I get in and out of the chair. Would be better if there were a recessed area for the cables to exit under the arm. I like the adjustable head rest. Looks nice. I would buy it again.

Cheap construction. Arm covers needed to be reinforced or hinges would break.
